1. Daily inspection:

The operation status of the low-pressure carbon dioxide storage device, the equipment status of the storage device, and the alarm control equipment shall be checked and recorded on a daily basis

•Fire extinguishing agent storage containers and container valves, check valves, connecting pipes, manifolds, safety relief devices, selector valves, valve drive devices, nozzles, signal feedback devices, leak detection devices, pressure relief devices and other system components should be There should be no collision deformation and other mechanical damage, the surface should be free of rust, the protective coating should be intact, the nameplate and protected object sign should be clear, and the protective cover, lead seal and safety signs of the manual operation device should be complete.

•The pressure in the fire extinguishing agent and driving gas storage container shall not be less than 90% of the design storage pressure.

1. Maintenance of the protection zone environment:
(1) Check that the necessary passages in and out of the protection zone should be unobstructed; all kinds of alarm signals and safety signs should be clean, complete and eye-catching; lighting and accident lighting should be in good condition.
(2) Check that the outer surface of smoke and temperature detectors should be clean and free from dust and environmental pollution (such as light dust, paint, etc.) to ensure their sensitivity; check that the nozzle orifice should not be blocked.

2. Maintenance of the fire extinguishing agent storage container:
Weigh the fire extinguishing agent storage container or check the storage pressure every year. If it is lower than the limit position of the allowable value, it must be refilled or replaced.

3. Maintenance of the fire extinguishing control panel:
(1) Check the reliability of the power supply and indicator lights;
(2) Whether the start-up test of the fire extinguishing control panel is working normally.

4. Maintenance of the system:
(1) Check whether the connecting wires between the solenoid valve and the control valve are in good condition, and whether the terminals are loose or fall off.
(2) Remove the solenoid valve from the starting cylinder and check whether its action is flexible.
(3) Remove the connection device between the alarm and control system and the actuator, and use the simulation test method to check the sensitivity and action reliability of the automatic control, alarm and delay functions.
(4) Check the flexibility and reliability of the storage container opening mechanism.
(5) Check the safety device of the valve of the fire extinguishing agent storage container and the valve of the starting container, and the air release port of the safety valve of the pipeline.
(6) Check the appearance of all steel cylinders for corrosion and coating peeling off.
(7) Carry out a visual inspection of all hoses in the system, and if any defect is found, replace or conduct a pressure test on the hoses.
(8) Remove the check valve from the system, check its sealing condition and flexibility of opening action.
(9) Use pneumatic and manual methods to check whether the opening actions of all selection valves are flexible and reliable.
