PT type foam nozzle
PT type foam nozzle overview:
Foam spray head is a foam spray element used in foam spraying and closed automatic water spray foam spraying combined system. According to the type of foam liquid used, the foam spray head can be selected from aspirating nozzle and non-aspirating nozzle.
PT type foam nozzle working principle:
When the foam mixture is transported from the pipeline to the foam nozzle, it is centrifugally atomized by the vortexer, then hit by the splash plate, inhaled through multiple foaming nets to form fine air foam, and the umbrella-shaped bubble cloud scatters downward evenly. It covers the surface of the burning material to form a continuous foam covering layer, and implements fire extinguishing under the action of blocking, suffocation and cooling.
PT type foam nozzle features:
1. It is composed of main body, vortexer, splash plate, connecting rod and multiple foaming nets. Material: stainless steel, copper alloy.
2. It is suitable for aqueous film-forming foam liquid and fluoroprotein foam liquid, which can put out Class A solid fire, Class B oil pool fire, and Class B flowing fire; it can also sprinkle water alone.
3. The foam nozzle is an open nozzle, installation method: vertical downward installation.
