First, product description
The device is designed with advanced design, reliable performance, simple operation and good environmental protection. Heptafluoropropane gas does not contain chlorine or bromine and has no destructive effect on the atmospheric ozone layer. At present, it is used to replace 1301 and 1211 harmful to the environment as the raw material of fire extinguishing agent. It has high fire extinguishing efficiency and non-toxic. It is suitable for protected areas with permanent staff. QMH4. Type 2 heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system adopts high-pressure storage, automatic and manual operation release mode. When the ambient temperature is lower than 50 ℃, the working pressure of the system shall not exceed 5.3mpa. GQQ2. Type 5 cabinet heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing device, and the working pressure of the system shall not exceed 4.2mpa.
Second, product basis
Heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system is a modern intelligent automatic fire extinguishing device integrating gas fire extinguishing, automatic (manual) control and fire detection. The design and manufacture of the system comply with China's gb50370-2005 code for design of gas fire extinguishing systems (2006 Edition), gb25972-2010 general technical conditions for components of gas fire extinguishing systems Gb50263-2007 code for construction and acceptance of gas fire extinguishing system.
Third, application scope
The system is applicable to heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing system set in new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects and production and storage devices. Widely used to protect:
1. Computer room, communication room, SPC exchange room and other computer rooms;
2. Generator room, power transformation and distribution room, power plant, power station, precision instrument room
Laboratory, coating equipment room, oil depot, chemical and inflammable warehouse;
3. Archives, libraries, reference rooms, art galleries, museums, cultural relics museums, bank vaults and other places;
4. Financial institutions, government agencies, television broadcasting centers, hospitals, banks, buildings, factories and other valuable equipment rooms that cannot be drenched with water. It is suitable for extinguishing electrical fire, liquid fire, fusible solid fire, solid surface fire and gas fire that can cut off the gas source before extinguishing.
Fourth, product maintenance
1. Heptafluoropropane liquid storage bottle shall check the weight of extinguishing agent once a month. If the net weight of extinguishing agent is reduced by 5% or more, the leakage cause shall be found out, eliminated and refilled.
2. Check the weighing device of each liquid storage bottle every month for corrosion or damage. In case of corrosion, looseness and reduced sensitivity, it shall be retested and qualified or replaced before reuse.  
3. Check the installation and fixation status of flexible connecting pipe and other piping systems every year; Check its appearance for corrosion or damage. If aging is found, it should be replaced before reuse.
